  • Order Processing

    Most orders are processed and shipped same or next business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details.

    Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

    We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

    Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

    Shipping Rates

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

    Shipping Delays

    Ascend Vials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    • Customs inspections
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Weather conditions or natural disasters

    Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
