We ship across the continental United States for a flat $4.99, and free on orders of $100 or more. Orders paid by 2 PM ET on a weekday ship the same day; all orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation and typically arrive within 2-4 days. Every shipment includes tracking information sent to your email.
We source against a 99%+ identity purity specification and review the synthesis facility's analytical documentation, typically HPLC identity and content analysis, when a batch arrives. Third-party certificates of analysis for most of the catalog are posted on our Lab Reports page (ascendvials.com/lab-reports) and on each product page. For anything not listed there, email us the product and we will tell you what documentation exists for the lot currently in stock.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Our Returns & Refunds page has the full policy, including what to do first and how long a refund takes.
No. All products sold by Ascend Vials are strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any form of self-administration. By purchasing our products, you confirm that you will use them solely for legitimate scientific research purposes in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit and debit cards, and crypto (USDC, Bitcoin and more), all on our secure payment page, which opens in a new tab at checkout. Choose crypto at checkout to take 10% off. The first time you pay by card you sign in with your email and a one-time code, and there is a quick ID check; after that it takes seconds. Your checkout tab confirms the order by itself as soon as the payment goes through.
Yes, we offer volume discounts for qualified research institutions and laboratories. Please contact our sales team at support@ascendvials.com with details about your organization and the quantities you require, and we will provide a custom quote.
Most of our peptide products should be stored at -20C in a dry environment away from direct light. Specific storage instructions are included with each product. Improper storage may affect compound stability and purity.
No. We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses. Orders placed with an address outside our shipping area will be cancelled and refunded in full.
